Position: Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or spa operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer and POS skills.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Salary: Per company scale
Location: Boston Day Spa, Addis Ababa, Bole
