When the firm was founded, it had birr 8,035,000 in paid up capital.
In accordance with the National Bank of Ethiopia’s directive, which mandates that insurance businesses increase their minimum paid up capital to 60,000,000.00 for general insurance and 75,000,000.00 for general and life insurance, respectively, the company has increased its Paid up Capital to Birr 75,000,000.00. There were 508 stockholders in the company as of right now. At the company’s annual shareholder meeting, a decision was made to increase the paid-up capital to Birr 200,000,000.00.

Position 1: Senior Claims Officer
Job Requirement
Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/BSC degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or related Field of study
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Claims or Underwriting or other relevant experience
Other required skills: – Computer literate
Year of experiences will be counted after graduation
Required Number: 1
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Main Cashier
Required Academic Qualifications and skills: Diploma/Level 4 in Accounting from recognized College
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as Cashier.
Other required skills: – Computer literate

Position 3: Office Administrator/ Secretary II
Required Academic Qualifications and skills: Diploma/BA degree in Administrative Services Management or Secretarial Science or other related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience with BA degree or 6 years of experience with Diploma as Secretary.
Other required skills: – Computer literate

Position 4: Principal Underwriting Officer
Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/BSC degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or related Field of study

Required Number: 1
