Position 1: HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Work experience: 8 – 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a management role.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
