Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Experience supporting a variety of IT systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software related to property management, construction, logistics, HR, procurement, and finance is advantageous.
