Meklit Microfinance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Internal Auditor II
Qualifications: BA Degree /Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, or related fields4/2 Years with relevant work experience
- Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel

- Base salary Birr 27,243.00
- Transport All 1,500.00 &
- Mobile 400.00
Duty Station: Butajira Branch
Position 2: Risk & Compliance Management Officer
Qualifications:
- BA/Master’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 6/4 years with relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Note
- Base salary Birr 26,925.00
- Transport All 3,500&
- Mobile 400.00
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, HQ
Position 3: Marketing, BDs Planning & Institutional Reform Department Manager
Qualifications:
- BA /master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 8/6 years with relevant work experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in policy development and institutional strengthening.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with senior stakeholders.
- Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel

- Base salary Birr 90,917.00
- Transport All 150 Liter Of Bezel &
- Position Allowance 5%
- Mobile Card UN Limited
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, HQ
