Position 1: Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Specialist
Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills
- BA/S or equivalent, preferably in Economics, statistics, and other development studies.
- 4 years’ M&E experience
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Amharic language.
- Previous experience working on donor funded programs in refugee’s context preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in field survey/data collection techniques, data entry, verification, and analysis using mobile data collection platforms/tools such as CommCare, ODK, Survey CTO, and expertise in statistical data analysis software like SPSS, STATA, and others.
- Good understanding and skills in data management.
- Strong computer literacy with a full knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong team coordination, listening, and consensus building skills.
Position 2: Finance Officer
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 4- 5 years of accounting experience, including solid experience in double-entry bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in finance and administrative roles, preferably in NGOs or development organizations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and double-entry accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
