Position 1: MARKETING SPECIALIST
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Portfolio / Work Proof: Demonstrated track record of managing successful social media accounts or creative campaigns.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and online promotional strategies.
- A genuine interest in gift products, event decoration, and creative marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Honesty, dedication, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and corporate clients.

Position 2: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & CRAFT SPECIALIST
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant experience in product design, handmade crafts, industrial design, creative production, or a related field.
- Practical skills and a strong interest in handcrafting, woodworking, decorative design, and packaging design and finishing techniques.
- Creativity and the ability to turn concepts and ideas into finished, market-ready products.
- Good understanding of materials, colors, textures, and finishing details, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work carefully, maintain quality standards, and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Honesty, commitment, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute ideas as part of a team.
