Position: Junior Card Production Machine Operator
Required Qualification: TVET Level III–IV in Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, General Mechanics, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Machine Drive, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other related fields.
Experience: 0 years of experience required.
- Receive input materials from the previous production stage.
- Prepare, clean, and load materials for machine operation.
- Assist the Machine Operator during production.
- Operate production equipment under supervision.
- Perform quality checks on semi-finished products according to quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams during production.
- Transfer acceptable products to the next production process.
- Record production activities and prepare daily production reports.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping.
- Participate in training programs, job rotation, and skill development activities.
- Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
Required Competencies:
- Basic machine operation and mechanical aptitude.
- Quality-conscious with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Other Requirements:
- Good physical health.
- Good eyesight with no visual impairment affecting machine operation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and comply with factory operational requirements.
Salary: As per Company Salary Scale
