Minaye PLC Vacancy would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Strategic Initiatives Intern
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (any discipline) or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into actionable insights.
Interest in strategy, project management, and business operations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to take on challenges.
As a Strategic Initiatives Intern, you will work closely with our team to support high-impact projects, conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering mindset who thrives in problem-solving, enjoys big-picture thinking, and is eager to learn and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on key initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive implementation.
Develop frameworks, models, or tools to optimize project outcomes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
