With over three decades of experience, the company has grown from a small supplier to an internationally recognized exporter, serving clients on four continents. They operate two major plants in Addis Ababa and have a substantial annual production capacity and logistics operations. Additionally, Mullege maintains a state-of-the-art warehouse with a capacity to store over 5,000 tons of coffee.
Mullege’s vision is to become an internationally recognized exporter of green coffee beans, driven by a strong foundation, innovative ideas, and dedication. Their mission is to provide the most refined coffee to coffee lovers globally through two processing plants in Addis Ababa and pulping stations across Ethiopia. They also aim to be a recognized freight service provider, as evidenced by their national recognition and significant revenue.
Mullege PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Sales Officer
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting , Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Strong customer service skills.
Sales Officer – Job Description
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Present products or services to customers and explain their benefits.
- Meet sales targets set by the company.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
- Assist with negotiating sales contracts and closing deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services.
- Attend meetings and events to promote the company and build business.
