LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.
The Bank commenced its operation in 28 October 1999 by 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.
Nib International Bank S.C would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1. Junior Mechanical Engineer
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 2 years of relevant work experience of which 1 year in Mechanical Valuation area.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2. Credit Analysis Officer
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of relevant banking work experience of which 2 years as Associate Credit Analysis Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Place of Work: Adama District Office
Position 3. Property Valuator
Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as Junior Property Valuator or other equivalent related job positions.

Position 4. HR Business Partner Officer
Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as Associate Human Resource Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

Position 5. Senior Credit Analysis Officer
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4/6 years of relevant banking work experience of which 2 years as Credit Analysis Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

Position 6. Marketing Supervisor
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

Position 7. Digital Banking Supervisor
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years of bank work experience of which 2 years as Senior Digital Banking Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

Position 8. Interest Free Banking (IFB) Supervisor
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Senior Interest Free Banking Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Additional Advantage: Sharia knowledge is an advantage.

Position 9. Branch Manager II
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 6/8 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Branch Manager I or other equivalent core banking business-related job positions.
Place of Work: Mahal Arada Adama Branch
Position 10. Branch Manager III
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 7/9 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Branch Manager II or 3 years as Branch Manager I or other equivalent core banking business-related job positions.
