Temer Properties would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Real Estate Sales Representative
Require Qualifications:
Minimum of 1year real estate experience.
Strong digital presence.
Active communication skill.
Key responsibilities
Client and lead management: Generate leads and expand a client base through marketing and networking.
Property representation: List properties for sale or lease, market them through various channels, and conduct property showings.
Market guidance: Advise clients on market conditions, property valuations, and pricing.
Transaction management: Assist clients with the sales process, including preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Professional development: Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.
Essential skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Customer handling skills.
Reliability and self-motivation.
Product knowledge in real estate
