Position 1: Surveyor I
Job Requirement
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in related fields
- Experience: 2 Years experience as Junior Surveyor or in a similar position
Job Grade: VI
Salary and benefit –as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages
Position 2: Human Resource Officer II
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Management or Human Resource Management or Public Administration or in related fields
- Experience: 2 years as Human Resource Officer I or in a similar position
Job Grade: VI
Salary and benefit –as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages
Position 3: Senior Underwriting Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: BA/BSC Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or in related fields
- Experience: 4 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II or in a similar position
Job Grade: VII
Salary and benefit –as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages
Place of work: Head Office,Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or in related fields
- Experience: 5 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Senior Underwriting Officer or Senior Claims Officer or 1 year as Contact Office Head or 3 years as Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II or in a similar position
Job Grade: VIII

Place of work: Head Office,Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Management or Human Resource Management or Public Administration or in related fields
- Experience: 6 years relevant experience, of which 4 years as Training Officer II or Human Resource Officer II or in a similar position
Job Grade: IX
Salary and benefit –as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages
