Nisir Micro Finance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Customer Experience Management Expert
Required Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or related fields with two (2) years and three (3) years of relevant experience for Master’s and Bachelor’s holders, respectively.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
Position 2: Resource Mobilization Support and Performance Expert
Required Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or related fields with two (2) years and three (3) years of relevant experience for Master’s and Bachelor’s holders, respectively.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
Position 3: Senior Performance and Talent Development Officer
Required Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related fields with four (4) years of relevant experience.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches

Position 4: Senior Attorney (Litigation and Loan Recovery)
Required Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law with four (4) years of relevant experience.

Position 5: Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years for Master’s and six (6) years for Bachelor’s holders of relevant experience, of which two (2) and three (3) years must be in supervisory positions.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches

Position 6: Manager, Strategy and Project Management
Required Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics and Supplies Management or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience, out of which two (2) years in a managerial position.
Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, of which three (3) years in a managerial position.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches

Position 7: Director, Legal and Loan Recovery
Required Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree in Law with five (5) years of demonstrated experience, out of which three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory position, ideally in a leading organization (preferably Banking Industry).
Bachelor’s degree in Law with seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory position, ideally in a leading organization (preferably Banking Industry).

Position 8: Director, Strategy and Brand
Required Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, out of which four (4) years in a managerial position.
Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience, of which five (5) years in a managerial position.
