Position 1: Interpreter/Translator
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any medical field.
Fluency in Amharic English and at least one other relevant foreign language (e.g., Arabic, Oromo, Tigrinya, Somali, etc. –), both spoken and written. Additional languages are a strong asset.
Minimum of 0 years of experience
Proven knowledge of medical terminology in both source and target languages.
Excellent active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of cultural differences and ability to provide culturally sensitive interpretation.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality.
Certification as a Medical Interpreter/Translator (if available and relevant to Ethiopia) is highly desirable.

Position 2: Telephone Operator
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or above. In any medical field.

Exceptional verbal communication skills in Amharic and English; proficiency in additional local languages is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong customer service orientation with a patient and empathetic approach.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during emergencies.

Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Position 4: Procurement Officer
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 years of demonstrable experience in a Procurement role,.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, ethical sourcing, and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience as a Store Clerk or in a similar inventory management role, preferably in a hospital or large retail/warehouse setting.
Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
Proficiency in using inventory tracking systems (manual or computerized).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proven experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign performance evaluation.

Minimum Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Position 9: Accounts Receivable Officer
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of demonstrable experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing cycles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills

Position 10: Nutritionist
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
Valid professional license or certification if required by relevant Ethiopian regulatory bodies.
Minimum of 1 years of demonstrable experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of human nutrition, therapeutic diets, and food science.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt nutritional advice to local food availability and cultural practices
