Position 1: Junior Programmer Analyst
Essential functions
A Junior Programmers is entry-level professional who is responsible for designing and implementing computer software which meets the needs of users in the Institution. Under the supervision of the System Development and Database Manager

Educational Qualifications:
BSc. Degree, from an accredited (recognized) university,in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology,Electrical Engineering,or related fields;
Work Experience: Not Required
GPA 3.00 and Above
Graduation year: Only 2021, 2022 & 2023
Age: below 28 Years Old
Preferred Skills:
A proactive approach to software, maintenance, security and applications;
Ability to create effective support documentation;
Strong oral and written communication skills;

Position 2: Junior Database Administrator
Essential functions
The Junior Database Administrator, with close mentoring by database administrators, is responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the Institution’s database systems including back-up/restoration, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring critical events and documentation
Educational Qualifications:
BSc. Degree, from an accredited (or recognized) university, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering,or related fields;
Work Experience: Not Required
GPA 3.00 and Above
Graduation year: Only 2021, 2022 & 2023
Age: below 28 Years Old
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of database design and theories; Familiarity with database queries; Strong oral and written communication skills;

Position 3: Junior Network &System Administrator
Essential functions
The Junior Network and System Administrator works alongside senior network and system admin team members to provide logistical support, respond to queries, document changes, and assists with testing, assessment, diagnosis and resolution of network service outages and incidents
Educational Qualifications:
BA Degree from an accredited (or recognized) university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System,Information Technology, Electrical Engineering,or related fields;
Work Experience: Not Required
GPA 3.00 and Above
Graduation year: Only 2021, 2022 & 2023
Age: below 28 Years Old
Preferred Skills:
Ability to understand network infrastructures, analysis, and problem-solving skills;
Understanding of network technologies, network administrations, skills to architect and maintain an Institute infrastructure;
Strong oral and written communication skills;

Position 4: Information Security Analyst
Essential functions:
The Information Security Analyst’s responsibilities include monitoring networks and systems for potential threats, installing software that protects from online vulnerabilities, documenting breaches and reporting issues so they can be adequately handled.
Educational Qualifications:
BSc. Degree, from an accredited (orrecognized) university, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering,or related fields;
Work Experience: 2(two) years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent inter-personal skill;
- Self-motivated, team player, action-and-results oriented;
- Skills of administering, configuring, and interpreting Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)and Vulnerability management tools.
- Skills in auditing network services and systems Administering, monitoring, tuning, and modifying network equipment including appliances, routers, switches, firewalls, telephony equipment, servers, virtual environments, and associated software.

Position 5: Project Manager
Essential functions:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager oversees automation projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and meet quality expectations. He/she also ensures all team members uphold the Institution’s standards throughout each project’s implementation and execution. The Manager’s responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different directorates to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the implementation and/or development process
Educational Qualifications:
M.Sc. / BSc. Degree from an accredited (recognized) university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields;
Project Management Professional (PMP) or any other similar certification would be added values to effectively lead and motivate a project team throughout a project
Work Experience: 6 (Six)/ 8 (Eight) years of relevant experience among which 2 (Two)/ 3 (Three) years should be relevant experience in supervisory position on the bank’s digital financial office;
Preferred Skills:
- Proven work experience in a PMO as a manager, senior officer.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities of projects.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, core banking systems, digital financial channels, and project management skills
