Position 1: Junior Sales Representative – Passenger Vehicles
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer application skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell passenger vehicles according to company sales policies.
- Provide accurate product information and professional assistance to customers.
- Identify potential customers and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support after-sales activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position 2: Sales Representative – Passenger Vehicles
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales activities for passenger vehicles.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Support, coach, and guide junior sales staff.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, local infrastructure developments, and policy changes.
- Negotiate terms, finalize sales agreements, and ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
