Position 1: DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
Educational Background
• Candidates must possess at least one of the following degrees from a recognized university:
• MBA (Master of Business Administration)
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Business Administration
• Management
• Economics & similar fields
• A postgraduate degree is highly advantageous
Required Skills, Competences & Experience
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Financial and operational management competence & computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership roles

Position 2: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational: BA/MA Degree in Accounting and related fields
• Experience: 6/4 in BA/MA years of relevant work experiences in Senior accountant specially in business Companies
• Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English is a requirement.
Salary is as per the scale of the Organization.
Duty Station: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 3: SENIOR SALES OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational:
MA or BA in
• Economics,
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Business Management and related
Experience:
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory sales role is an advantage
• Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English is a requirement.

Duty Station: Oda Animal Feed Processing Factory/Adama
Position 4: FORKLIFT MACHINE OPERATOR
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational: Above grade 8 complete and certified by Loader Construction Machinery or Minimum Vocational training in Forklift Operation
• Experience: 3 years work experiences in operating forklift machines
Salary is as per the scale of the Organization.
Duty Station: Oda Animal Feed Processing Factory/Adama
Position 5: SECURITY GUARD.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational: Grade 8,10,12, and above
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years work experiences for 8th grade, 2 years for 10th and 1 year for 12th
Salary is as per the scale of the Organization.
Duty Station: Oda Animal Feed Processing Factory/Adama
