Position 1: TRANSPORT COORDINATOR
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
• Good knowledge of hotel transport operations, guest transfer services, fleet coordination, and scheduling. Computer proficiency and strong communication skills required.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in transport coordination within a hotel or hospitality environment. Experience in managing guest airport transfers, staff transportation, vehicle scheduling, and coordinating with front office and concierge services is preferred
Position 2: LIFT ATTENDANT
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualifications: High school education. Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
• Basic knowledge of elevator operations and safety procedures.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a lift/elevator attendant in hotels, offices, or commercial buildings preferred
• Qty: 2
Position 3: RECEPTIONIST
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication skills, computer proficiency, and customer service orientation
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk agent, preferably in hotels or hospitality settings
Position 4: HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualifications: Basic education or Certificate in Housekeeping Operations or Hospitality with COC.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or room attendant role in hotels or guesthouses
Position 5: CASHIER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with COC.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing financial role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Position 6: SPA ATTENDANT
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Spa Therapy, Wellness, or Hospitality.
• Knowledge of spa operations, hygiene standards, and guest care
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa facility.
