Position 1: ADMIN AND STAFF ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY
Admin and Staff Assistant provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of office activities and assists staff across departments. The roll requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a dynamic aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
• Receive and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner
• Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
• Prepare reports, memos, and official documents
• Monitor and manage staff refreshment, office supplies and inventory
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and well-organized office environment at all times
• Provide day-to-day support to operational and administrative staff
• Coordinate internal communication among departments
• Support on boarding of new staff (documentation, orientation logistics)
• Assist management with follow-ups and task tracking
• Handel and prepare minutes
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience (aviation experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
