Position 1: GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: BA degree in Social work or Management or related fields
• Experience:
o proven 14 years of experience in a leadership role within the non-profit sector or relevant sector preferably in a similar organization focused on social welfare.
o Experience in fundraising and volunteers, members management.
Skills Required
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by destitute and abandoned individuals and a commitment to addressing their needs.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
