Position 1: BRANCH MANAGER, BEER DISTRIBUTION
About You
Candidate Profile: Qualifications, Competencies, and Red Flags
Essential qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible operations, sales, distribution, or branch leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with stock-sensitive operations, field execution, route or delivery control, and performance reporting.
• Strong numerical confidence with the ability to challenge weak explanations around sales, stock, and collections.
• Demonstrated leadership over mixed teams including supervisors and frontline operational staff.
Preferred background
• Experience in beverage, FMCG, logistics, wholesale distribution, or other fast-moving multi-function branches.
• Exposure to warehouse discipline, transport coordination, customer account follow-up, and territory management.
• History of turning around weak operating discipline or scaling a branch into stronger routine control.
