Position 1: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (FEMALE ONLY)
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Experience in construction or trading companies is an advantage
Position 2: PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE — TWO & THREE WHEELER VEHICLES – SARGA
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma in Business Management or Sales or in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a parts sales or in aftersales within the automotive or two/three-wheeler sector.
• Working knowledge of EV and IC vehicle components and genuine spare parts identification.
• Proficiency in computer is required with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with dealers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Position 3: PICKER / PACKER ASSISTANT – SARGA
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent; a technical or vocational qualification in automotive or logistics is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, parts store, or logistics role, preferably within the automotive or two/three-wheeler industry.
• Basic ability to read part numbers, order documents, and bin labels; familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts weighing up to 25 kg.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of spoken and written Amharic; some English literacy preferred for reading part labels and documentation.
• Basic Computer literacy is preferred to operate, take out prints and enter desired command, can be trained.
