Position 1: IT Officer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering and related field
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 year of progressive experience in the field
Core Professional Skills
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Windows Server, networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and database fundamentals. Experience with AV systems, video conferencing technology, and display systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hard Situation and soft Situation.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support executive-level users patiently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Position 2: Senior IT officer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering and related field
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 year of progressive experience in the field
Core Professional Skills
- IT infrastructure and systems management
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Network administration
- CCTV and security systems management
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Position 3: Senior Legal Advisor
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Master’s Degree in Law is an advantage, particularly in Real Estate, Commercial, Corporate, or Business Law.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the legal field, with experience or exposure in the real estate sector considered an added advantage

Position 4: Graphic Designer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, architecture, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Core Professional Skills
- Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in digital and print production.
- Basic motion graphics and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
- Creativity and visual storytelling.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Video Editor and Videographer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Cinematography, Film Production, Media, or related field
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience in videography and video editing
- Familiarity with different camera types, lenses, and stabilization equipment, including gimbals, tripods, and other camera accessories.
Core Professional Skills
- Strong background in cinematography (camera operation, lighting, composition, framing)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- Knowledge of color grading and color correction techniques
- Experience in motion graphics and basic animation
- Understanding of storytelling, scripting, and shot composition
- Knowledge of audio recording, editing, and sound design
- Familiarity with different camera types, lenses, and stabilization equipment
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings
- Ability to manage and organize video files and assets
- Basic photography skills (optional but preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during production and editing
- Awareness of current video trends and digital content strategies
