Position 1: Trainee Engineers
Job Specification:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong academic foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Orientation & Safety: workplace safety, machine operation basics, PPE use.
- Hands-on training in printing/packaging machinery, preventive maintenance, quality control, lean manufacturing principles.
- Soft Skills: communication, leadership basics, project management introduction.
- Continuous Improvement: exposure to Kai-Zen, 5S, or TPM practices.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year internship/practical exposure in manufacturing/engineering.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Trainee Managers
Job Specification:
- B.A./B.Sc. in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management. Fresh graduates with leadership potential.
- Leadership potential; analytical and problem-solving ability; adaptability and learning agility; good communication and presentation skills.
- Management trainee development program, project management basics, team leadership training.
- Entry-level with relevant academic background in engineering or management.

Position 3: Jr. Quality Assurance Officer( Shift)
Job Specification:
- BSC Degree in Chemical Engineering , Applied Chemistry
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English).
- ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSMS, OHS, environmental compliance, internal auditor certification.
- 0-1 year in QA, accreditation, or OHS functions, preferably in FMCG/printing.

Position 4: QA Supervisor (SHERQ Officer)
Job Specification:
- B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Food Science & Technology. Certification in ISO Standards / Occupational Health & Safety is an advantage.
- ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSMS, OHS, environmental compliance, internal auditor certification.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English).
- 3–5 years in QA, accreditation, or SHEQ functions, preferably in FMCG/printing.

Position 5: Plant Manager
Job Specification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. MBA or Postgraduate in Management is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management; expertise in plant commissioning/start-up; proficiency in WCM/TPM; OEE monitoring and cost optimization; customer audit exposure (breweries, tobacco, FMCG cartons
- 8–12+ years in folding-carton/offset operations, with proven track record on Bobst Nova-cut/Nova-fold machines( In Packaging & Labeling products Manufacturing experience is a plus )
- TQM, FSMS, advanced leadership development, continuous improvement methodologies.

Position 6: Team Leader
Job Specification:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) OR B.A. in Management/Accounting/Operations Management
- Required Skills: Excellent English communication; computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems); knowledge of die-cut/fold SOPs; strong team leadership and coaching ability.
- Supervisory skills training, problem-solving & decision-making workshops, lean operations.
- Industrial attachment or final year project in a relevant field/Past Experience with the Printing & Packaging industry is advantageous.

Position 7: Skilled operators(Komori/KBA operators)
Job Specification:
- Diploma/Level IV in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Technology. Level III in Technical & Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for operators.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail. Teamwork and adaptability; willingness to learn and work in different departments.
- Safety & machine operation (Komori/KBA), preventive maintenance, quality assurance basics. OEM machine-specific training; safety protocols; printing process optimization.
- Minimum 2–3 years practical experience preferably in printing or packaging/Proven hands-on experience as a Komori/KBA operator.

Position 8: Compressor & generator Operator
Job Specification:
- Diploma / Level IV or V in
- Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Technology
- General Mechanics / Industrial Maintenance. Technical & Vocational Education and Training (TVET) certification in power systems, compressors, or industrial maintenance is strongly preferred
- Electrical safety, preventive maintenance, mechanical systems operation.
- 2–3 years in industrial maintenance operations (compressors, generators, structural maintenance).

Position 9: Pre-press CTP operator / design
Job Specification:
- Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or related field. Technical training in CTP/RIP workflows and prepress software; hands-on experience with plate-making equipment preferred.
- Experience in prepress/plate-making with strong knowledge of CTP workflows, RIP software, and color management. Skilled in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- OEM CTP equipment training, RIP software training, and color management basics, supported by either a diploma in printing technology or recognized industry certification.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in prepress and CTP plate-making, preferably within a commercial or packaging offset printing environment.

Position 10: The Cast stretch film line CL-65/90/65 Operator
Job Specification:
- Diploma/Level IV in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Teamwork and adaptability; willingness to learn and work in different departments.
- OEM machine-specific training; safety protocols; printing process optimization.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Komori/KBA operator (minimum 2–3 years).
