Position: Administrative Assistant / Secretary / Receptionist
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or front-office role.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or compliance-driven environments is an asset.
Required Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Amharic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
