Position 1: ERP Technical Specialist
Required Number: 1
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized university or college
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Other Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERP system customization, technical support, and first-line support
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and XML
- Strong SQL query development and optimization skills
- Experience in layout design and user interface customization
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team

Position 2: ERP Finance Specialist
Required Number: 1
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field from a recognized university or college
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Other Requirements:
- Strong background in finance and accounting principles
- Prior experience working with ERP systems, particularly in the finance module
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and the ability to understand complex financial processes
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Assistant Executive Secretary
Required Number: 1
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Foreign Language and Linguistics, or a related field from a recognized university or college
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum 4 years relevant work experience
Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication in spoken & Written English
- Having work experience in summarizing and presenting top managment minutes
- Ability to maintain GM’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences
- Excellent Customer handling service for both internal & external
- Excellent time management (Managing information flow in a timetly and accurate manner)
- Proven Computer Knowledge on Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel & internet
- Ability to manage several asks simultaneously, be able to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
- Capable of successfully passing the external exam required for the position
