Safaricom Ethiopia would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Endpoint Security Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an Endpoint Security Specialist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDR, HIPAA or country’s regulation.
Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architecture.
Experience with security incident response and forensic investigation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+, MCSE are highly desirable.

Position 2: Physical Security System Officer
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering.
3-5 years’ working experience in a commercial organization with experience on the installation and inspection of Security & safety & Electrical system.
Desired
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details.
Self-driven, results oriented, proactive and ability to work without supervision
Certifications on physical security systems is an added advantage
Financial Responsibility: Manage contracts on physical security and related equipment’s preventive maintenance services

Position 3: Network Security Specialist
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, post degree qualification
One or more these industry Cybersecurity Certifications: CCNP-Security, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, NSE-4, NSE-6
Experience and proficiency with the following:
Network security
End point security
Perimeter security
Privileged access management
Remote access
Telecom security
Knowledge of basic system administration and operating system hardening techniques
Desired
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, CCIE security preferred.

Position 4: Regional Sales Manager –
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Desired
A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial management and business development roles.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including products, services, and customer behavior.
An MBA degree is preferable in Business Studies.
At least 5 Years of sales / trade execution within FMCG / Telecom industry Environment of which 3 Year must be in a sale managerial Position.
Proactive, confident, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
Financial Responsibility:
Responsible for driving sales revenue growth and contributing to the overall profitability of Safaricom Ethiopia.Budgeting and financial forecasting for commercial activities
Place of Work: Mekele South – Tigray, Ethiopia
Position 5: Fleet Operations Manager
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
A degree in Automotive or Mechanical engineering, Business – oriented fields, logistics, supply chain and similar fields.
Have over 7 years post-graduation work with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Experience in vendor management, payment coordination.
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple vendors and manage service level agreements.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards related to fleet operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with fleet management systems, ERP tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and service excellence.

Position 6: Executive Head of Department Trade Marketing
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in a Business-related field
Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles is essential.
8 years’ hands on experience in Sales Distribution management in a FMCG or service sector of which 2 years must have been in a sales managerial position, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods company
