Position 1: Legal Officer-I

Job Purpose: The job focuses on providing legal support through research, advice, and document preparation. Key responsibilities include training staff on legal matters, monitoring compliance with laws and policies, and keeping management informed about legal developments and their implications. Regular reporting on case statuses is also required.

Qualifications & Requirements: Master/Bachelor Degree in Law or related fields with one year experience as Legal Officer-II or relevant experience.

Position 2: Operational Risk Management Officer-I

Job Purpose: The job’s purpose is to assist in managing operational, credit, and IT-related risks by supporting policy development, incident resolution, training, and risk reporting. It involves analyzing credit portfolio data, collaborating with departments, establishing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields with one year experience as Operational Risk Management Officer-II or relevant experience.

Position 3: Foreign Currency Liquidity Management Officer-I

Job Purpose: To manage the interest rate and maturity mismatch risk profile of the bank’s foreign currency balance sheets (USD, EUR, GBP), focusing on both credit and interest rate risk while developing strategies to reposition unexpected risks and maximize profitability over the economic cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements: A first Degree in Economics, BCom, Statistics, and Quantitative from a recognized University or professional qualification in Accounting, CFA, etc. with one year experience in a trading room or investment management environment as FCY Liquidity Management Officer-II.

A good understanding of foreign operations and cash management

A proven track record of profitable trading/investment decisions

A good understanding of foreign currency money market instruments (cash, bond, repo, and swaps), and derivative markets, with an emphasis on detail and anticipation.

Ability to understand, assess and interpret market data.

Strong understanding of a balance sheet and its components

Position 4: Senior Settlement & Confirmation Officer

Job Purpose: To provide expert supervision of workflow and process control for the Settlements and Confirmation team, ensuring compliance with Key Control Standards. This role involves implementing regulatory and internal controls, monitoring day-to-day operations, resolving risk issues, and conducting self-assessments of controls. Additionally, it requires proactive communication regarding operational risks, coordination of risk reporting, and the design of control measures for compliance and operational risk management. The position also supports the Risk Manager in implementing the Operational Risk framework and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields with one year experience as Settlement & Confirmation Officer-I or relevant experience.

Position 5: Senior Risk Control & Reporting Officer

Job Purpose: To manage the workflow of the Support, Risk & Reporting unit within the Treasury Operations department, ensuring task prioritization and allocation meet deadlines and quality standards. This role involves delivering efficient, cost-effective services through effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the front office and other departments. It also includes networking with internal customers and correspondent banks to enhance processes, assisting the Manager, Treasury Operations in compliance and risk management, implementing regulatory controls, and ensuring the effectiveness of daily monitoring and self-assessments of key controls.

The role ensures consistency across all platforms, updates graphics based on marketing strategies, and leverages industry trends to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with one year experience as Graphic Design Officer-I with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields with one year experience as ESG Officer-I or relevant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements: A minimum of First Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Quantitative, and a professional qualification in accounting, and/or CFA, etc. with one year experience as Liquidity Risk Analyst-I in a risk management environment and practical dealing room experience is an advantage.

Good awareness of Banking products/services relevant in designing and implementing market risk.

Ability to model Markets Risk modules from a regulatory capital perspective.

Good understanding of Markets Risk limitation management and supporting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements: A first Degree in Economics, BCom, Statistics, and Quantitative from a recognized University or professional qualification in Accounting, CFA, and etc. with one year experience in a trading room or investment management environment as Senior FCY Liquidity Management Officer.

Job Purpose: To support the achievement of product sales targets for Consumer, Retail, and SME clients within the designated branch network as a key contact in the Treasury Department. This role focuses on implementing strategies to enhance the bank’s share of business in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Money Market, while expanding the client portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements: The individual will execute the sales process to facilitate regular reviews of marketing efforts and contribute to increasing revenue from new Treasury products and initiatives. Collaboration with Branch Management and Foreign Exchange/Fixed Income Officers is important to assist in effectively managing spreads across the branches, ultimately improving profitability.

Job Purpose: To support Treasury Sales marketing activities for target segments within the Corporate & Institutional Banking sector, contributing to the achievement of financial targets. The individual will assist in implementing systems for periodic review of marketing results with the Manager, Treasury Sales and promote new products and initiatives to improve profitability. Additionally, the role includes conducting presentations to existing and potential customers to raise awareness of Treasury products and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements: A University Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, and/or Business Commerce from a recognized University, with one year experience in Marketing and Sales of banking solutions as Senior Corporates Sales Officer.

Qualifications & Requirements: First Degree in Commerce, Statistics, Economics and Quantitative Analytics from a recognized University with one year experience as Senior Fixed income Dealer/trader in Fixed Income Trading and indirect experience in Repo Trading, Investment Portfolio, and/or Money Market.
