Safaricom Ethiopia would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Culture & Engagement Business Partner
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field (master’s degree is a plus) Social Sciences, Journalism, PR Marketing or equivalent
5-8 years’ experience in HR, employee engagement, or culture-related roles
Fluent English and Amharic proficiency (essential),
Proven experience in designing and executing engagement strategies within large or complex organizations
Strong understanding of employee experience, management change, and organizational culture
Familiarity with survey tools, data analysis, and translating insights into action
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Excellent facilitation skills.
The capacity and desire to partner closely with Executive Leadership is critical. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results, and follow through on commitments.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: OSP Technician
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication or related fields
5 years’ experience acquiring Hands-on experience with fiber optic installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on both Arial and underground topography. experience in fiber optic splicing, termination, testing, cable pulling and pole rigging.
Desired
Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Sciencewith at least 2 years of experience in fiber optics maintenance and installation
Health and Safety Certification
Working at Height and fall arresting Certification
Experience in fiber deployment projects
