Position: Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid)
Qualifications and Experience

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- 1–4 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, corporate sales (B2B), or industrial sales. Experience selling into the construction or engineering sectors in Ethiopia is highly preferred.
Key Attributes & Skills:
- Resilience & Drive: Highly motivated to spend significant time in the field building new networks from scratch.
- Strong Negotiation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both Amharic and English.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and confidently discuss basic electromechanical or engineering concepts with technical clients.
- Organization: Disciplined enough to balance a busy field schedule with organized, timely office follow-ups and reporting.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
