Position: Content & Creative Production Specialist
Qualifications & Key Qualities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or TVET Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism & Mass Communication, Fine Arts / Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related creative field. (Equivalent hands-on experience and a strong portfolio are equally valued).
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience combining video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting into a unified workflow.
- Strong working knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, audio recording, and editing software.
- Excellent command of brand storytelling, visual layout design, and creative copy execution.
- Ability to work on-site to conduct shoots, manage media gear, and collaborate with teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating past work across video, graphic design, and writing samples.
Salary: As per company scale
