Position: Partnership Officer
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Management
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Economics
- Insurance
- Public Relations
- International Relations
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of DIRECT professional experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, corporate relations, account management, business development, client relationship management Only.
- Experience in insurance, consulting, financial services, and development organizations are highly advantageous.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong proposal writing and business documentation skills.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational capability.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
