Position 1: Principal, Resource Mobilization (Internal and External)

  • Qualification: MA/BA degree in Management , Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related  field of studies    
  • Work experience: A minimum of 5/7 years relevant work experience which is two years as Senior Resource mobilization Officer in Banking Industry.
  • Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
  • Salary: As per Bank scale   
  • Work place: Head Office

Position 2: Branch Accountant I

  • Qualification: BA degree in  Accounting, Management , Economics, Business Administration or related  field of studies    
  • Work experience: A minimum of 3 (three) years relevant work experience in Banking Industry.
  • Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
  • Salary: As per Bank scale   
  • Work place: Branches under Finfinnee District.

Position 3: Senior customer service Officer I

  • Qualification: BA degree in  Accounting, Management , Economics, Business Administration or related  field of studies    
  • Work experience: A minimum of 3 (three) years relevant work experience in Banking Industry.
  • Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
  • Salary: As per Bank scale   
  • Work place: Branches under Finfinnee District.

Position 4: Senior Learning and center of excellence Officer I

  • Qualification: BA degree in  Accounting, Management , Economics, Business Administration or related  field of studies    
  • Work experience: A minimum of Three (3) years relevant work experience.
  • Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
  • Salary: As per Bank scale   
  • Work place: Head Officer.

Position 5: Secretary

  •  Qualification: diploma or level III  in Secretarial science and Office Management      
  • Work experience: A minimum of 2 (two) years relevant work experience.
  • Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
  • Salary: as per Bank’s scale  
  • Work place:  Head Office

Position 6: Secretary

  •  Qualification: diploma or level III  in Secretarial science and Office Management      
  • Work experience: Not Required.
  • Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
  • Salary: as per Bank’s scale  
  • Work place:  Head Office

   Notice

  • Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
  • Registration Date: 5(five) Consecutive days after the vacancy announcement.
