Sinoma Cargo specializes in comprehensive international logistics services, including direct delivery, port clearance, terminal handling, shipping agency, regulatory warehousing, and logistics consultancy.
Sinoma Cargo Freight Transport PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: IMPORT AND EXPORT LOGISTICS OFFICER
Qualification:
- Diploma or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in import/export logistics, customs clearance, or liaison.
- Solid knowledge of Ethiopian and Djibouti import/export procedures, customs regulations, and related laws.
- Experience in handling banking, insurance, transport, and immigration matters.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong documentation and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up cargos loading in Djibouti
- Follow up trucks
- Process customs inspection for cargos arrive at job site
- Process customs formality any customs office,like airport
- Process duty free privilege and Franco valuta on investment commission and Ethiopian customs head office for import cargo.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Truck Driver
- (high bed truck and low bed truck）
Qualification:
- Valid Ethiopian heavy-duty truck driving license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience driving heavy trucks, including long-distance or cross-border experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian road networks and the Addis–Djibouti corridor.
- Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and emergency handling.
- Good communication skills in Amharic; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Responsible, disciplined, and physically fit.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for extended periods across borders.
Location: Based in Addis Ababa, with domestic and cross-border routes to Djibouti
