Job Requirement
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years equipment maintenance experience
- Specialization: Preventive maintenance scheduling; workshop supervision; breakdown analysis; spare parts control
- Industry: Heavy construction machinery experience required

Position 2: Equipment Operations Department Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equipment Management
- Experience: Minimum 12 years heavy equipment fleet management experience
- Specialization: Mixed fleet management (earthmoving, lifting, transport); preventive maintenance; fuel control; KPI monitoring; cost optimisation
- Industry: Large construction projects preferred

Position 3: ERP & Inventory System Officer
Job Requirement

Position 4: Logistics & Warehouse Department Manager
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Management or Engineering
- Experience Minimum 10 years warehouse and logistics management experience
- Specialization Mega construction project logistics; customs clearance; import/export coordination; warehouse operations and stock control; ERP inventory module

Position 5: Senior Procurement Engineer (Foreign)
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience Minimum 7–10 years in engineering procurement within construction or industrial projects
- Specialization International sourcing of technical materials and heavy equipment; BOQ/specification review; shipping documentation; Incoterms; supplier performance monitoring

Position 6: Senior Foreign Procurement Officer
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or Engineering

- Specialization Shipping documentation (BL, Invoice, COO); Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR); international supplier negotiation and delivery coordination

Position 8: Senior Auditor (Certified)
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification Must hold at least one: CPA, CIA, or ACCA (mandatory)
- Experience Minimum 7–10 years progressive auditing experience in corporate or multi-branch organisations at least 4 years in construction company
- Specialization Complex audit engagements; internal control evaluation; risk assessment and mitigation; financial and operational audit; ERP/accounting systems proficiency
- Scope of Authority Full authority to audit all offices and branches; unrestricted access to financial records, assets, and personnel; power to conduct unannounced audits; direct reporting line to senior leadership

Position 9: HR Officer
Job Requirement

- Industry Project-based environments preferred
