Position 1: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or Accounting
- Experience 4–6 years in financial analysis or planning including in banking industry
- Specialization Budgeting and forecasting; financial modelling; variance analysis; cost structure analysis; KPI reporting; advanced Excel and reporting tools
- Industry Project-based or construction industry environments preferred
Note: French language proficiency for all positions and ERP/software tool familiarity are an asset for office-based roles.

Position 2: Project Accountant
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience 5–7 years progressive accounting experience
- Specialization General ledger management; financial statement preparation; bank and balance sheet reconciliation; audit support; ERP/accounting system expertise; advanced Excel
- Certification Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Industry Construction industry including project accounting and finance experience

Position 3: TAX COMPLIANCE ACCOUNTANT
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience 4–6 years in tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Specialization Strong knowledge of Guinean tax laws; experience in VAT, corporate tax, and payroll tax filing; tax audit handling; ERP/accounting system proficiency
- Certification Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Industry Construction or infrastructure sector experience preferred
- Language French language is madatory

Job Requirement

- Specialization Processing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation; progress reporting; coordination with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors

Job Requirement

- Specialization Cost control systems (budgets, cost codes, WBS); earned value analysis; cost-to-complete forecasting; ERP-based cost management (SAP, Oracle)

- Experience Minimum 5 years in quantity surveying with broad pre- and post-contract exposure
- Specialization Post-contract QS; interim valuations; final account preparation; variation assessment; site measurement of completed works and contractor claims evaluation

- Specialization Min. 4 years as senior monitoring engineer; EVM implementation; site-based progress verification; early warning systems and predictive monitoring tools; drone-based tracking

- Specialization Min. 4 years as senior/lead planner on major projects; expert Primavera P6; recovery schedule development; EVM reporting
- Certification Planning and Scheduling Professional certification preferred
