Position 1: Senior Tender Engineer

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience Minimum 10 years in tendering and bid management; proven track record managing full tender cycles on mega projects
• Specialization Min. 4 years in senior tender role; complex tender document analysis; competitive bid strategy development; government and public procurement

 Note: French language proficiency for all positions and ERP/software tool familiarity are an asset for office-based roles.

Salary: Negotiable but attractive.

 Duty Station: Guinea, Conakry – West Africa

 

Position 2: Estimation Engineer

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• Experience Minimum 7 years in construction cost estimation, pricing, and budget preparation
• Specialization Detailed cost estimates including material take-offs and labour productivity calculations; QTO from 2D drawings and BIM models; cost breakdowns in multiple formats

 Note: French language proficiency for all positions and ERP/software tool familiarity are an asset for office-based roles.

Salary: Negotiable but attractive.

Position 3: Planning & Monitoring Department Manager

Job Requirement

• Education Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience Minimum 15 years in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring across portfolios of concurrent projects
• Specialization Min. 5 years in directorial role; EVM systems implementation; forensic delay analysis; 4D BIM-integrated planning and digital monitoring tools
• Certification Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred

Position 4: Subcontractor Management Engineer

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  Experience Minimum 7 years in subcontractor management, procurement, and supply chain coordination
  Specialization Subcontractor prequalification; bid evaluations; subcontract agreements and work order packages; performance monitoring and supply chain risk management

Position 5: Senior Contract Engineer

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s in Construction Law preferred)
• Experience Minimum 10 years in construction contract administration; experience on both consultant and contractor sides
• Specialization Min. 3 years managing FIDIC contracts on mega projects; claims management (EOT, prolongation, disruption); dispute resolution and contract risk assessment

Position 6: BIM Technician

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with BIM training
• Experience Minimum 5 years hands-on BIM modeling using Revit on building projects of varying scales
• Specialization Detailed Revit modeling to LOD 200–400; drawing, schedule, and quantity extraction; Revit family creation and parametric component development

Position 7:  Digital Engineering Specialist (4D/5D Planner)

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 4D/5D BIM certification
• Experience Minimum 7 years in construction planning/scheduling with strong CPM foundation
• Specialization Min. 3 years using 4D/5D BIM tools; BIM-P6/MS Project integration; 5D cost models for EVM; digital twin solutions

 Note: French language proficiency for all positions and ERP/software tool familiarity are an asset for office-based roles.

Position 8: BIM Coordinator

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field with BIM training/certification
• Experience Minimum 10 years in BIM coordination and model management on multi-disciplinary projects
• Specialization BIM model federation; clash detection using Navisworks/Solibri; CDE management; BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD specifications

Position 9: BIM & Digital Engineering Department Manager

Job Requirement

• Education Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with BIM/Digital Engineering specialization
• Experience Minimum 15 years in BIM implementation and digital engineering across the AEC industry
• Specialization Min. 5 years leading BIM departments; ISO 19650-aligned BEP development; 4D/5D BIM, digital twins, CDE platforms; emerging technologies (AI/ML, VR/AR)

Position 10: Quantity Surveyor (Design)

Job Requirement

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or Civil Engineering
• Experience Minimum 5 years in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation for building projects
• Specialization Bills of Quantities preparation; BIM-based quantity take-off; cost advice at multiple design stages; value engineering support
