Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology
- Experience Minimum 7 years preparing technical specifications for building construction projects
- Specialization CSI MasterFormat or NBS specification writing; material research; performance specification development; cross-discipline coordination

Position 2: CAD Technician
Job Requirement
- Education Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
- Experience Minimum 5 years producing engineering and architectural drawings using CAD software
- Specialization Advanced AutoCAD 3D rendering proficiency; layer management; plotting standards; multi-discipline drawing production

Position 3: ELV / ICT Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Information Technology
- Experience Minimum 10 years in ELV/ICT systems design for commercial or institutional building projects
- Specialization Structured cabling, CCTV, access control, BMS, PA/VA, AV systems; smart building/IoT integration; technology master planning
- Knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) is an asset

Position 4: Senior MEP Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related MEP discipline
- Experience Minimum 15 years in MEP systems design covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-current systems
- Specialization Min. 5 years in senior MEP role; complex HVAC, plumbing/public health, fire protection/life safety, ELV/low-current systems design and coordination
- Certification Practicing Professional Engineer; Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, ETAP proficiency

Job Requirement
- Education master’s degree in civil engineering (Structural specialization)

- Specialization Min. 5 years in senior structural role; RC, post-tensioned, steel, composite structures, deep foundations; seismic/wind engineering analysis
- Certification Practicing Professional Structural Engineer; ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Revit Structure

Job Requirement

- Certification Professional Architect preferred; stadium/sports facility experience a plus

Job Requirement
- Education Master’s degree in Architecture

- Specialization Min. 5 years leading design teams; BIM-enabled design management; compliance with international building codes and sustainability criteria
- Certification Practicing Professional Architect preferred; Revit, Rhino, Lumion/V-Ray proficiency

Position 8: Engineering & Technical Department Manager
Job Requirement
- Education Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience Minimum 17 years in multi-disciplinary engineering design and project delivery; history managing teams of 30+ professionals
- Specialization Min. 5 years in directorial capacity; design standards/QA-QC establishment; integrated delivery across Architecture, Structural, MEP disciplines
- Certification Practicing Professional Architect or Engineer preferred; LEED knowledge an asset

Position 9: CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (CIO)
Job Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering; MBA/Master’s preferred
- Experience 10–12 years IT management; 5+ years C-suite in construction or infrastructure
- ERP Full-cycle implementation: Procore, Odoo, Oracle, Dynamics 365, SAP, Sage 300, Viewpoint
- BIM ISO 19650-aligned; construction digital workflows; CDE deployment
- Certifications PMP, ITIL, CISSP or equivalent advantageous
- Languages English essential; French highly preferred
- Africa exp. Emerging market / Africa experience is a strong asset
