Technostyle PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Sales person
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales person receives inquiries/orders; prepares proforma work-orders; reminds the sales supervisor the date fixed to deliver products ahead of time; shows merchandise to customers; gives brief explanation about the make, quality, price, etc. of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Entertains or handles the inquires received, and make sure that customers have got the best of their choice out of the available products;
Prepares and issues proforma Invoice as per the customers desire and after it is checked and signed by the authorized person with the sealed envelope;
Assumes responsibility to initiate and follows up the demands received and offers issued to customers;
Makes proper follow up on c ustomer order and reminds the sales supervisor periodically before the maturity date of the promised date;
Prepares necessary sales documents and properly hand over the documents to the concerned parties after they are checked and signed by the authorized persons;
Assumes responsibility that all the goods sold are assembled and delivered to the satisfaction of the customer;
Assumes responsibility on the proper display of the show room items, all codes are labeled on the displayed items; the show room is clean and attractive and ensure that each sample item available in the stock are displayed in the show room;
Assumes responsibility to fill the gap by his/her initiative so as the team performance is accomplished for the better achievement of the Sales Division;
Prepares daily/weekly reports about the outcomes of his/her above activities performed to the sales Division Head;
Performs such other duties that may be assigned to him/her by the Sales Division Head.
Maintains good relationships with customers even under adverse condition, anticipates customers problems and takes sound decisions accordingly, and able to find solutions to customers problems;
Performs other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
About You
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Diploma (10+3/Grade 3) in Marketing or related.
EXPERIENCE
2 years of work experience is required
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge and experience of carrying out sales activities;
Computer literate.

Position 2: Marketing Officer
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies of the company. Will also be expected to conduct and or participate in market research and analysis, coordinate promotional activities, and lead marketing campaigns. Maintains good relationships with existing and potential customers, convinces buyers to buy products, analyses competitors strategies
Job Descriptions:
Offer advice towards the development of specific marketing strategies, including market share, distribution channels and product mix
Liaise with managers and clients to understand marketing requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives
Plan and create advertising campaigns to meet marketing strategy requirements
Use analytics to monitor the success of advertising campaigns
Keep abreast of technological and digital advances related to marketing
Implement advertising campaigns and other marketing activities.
Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences
Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Conducting promotional activities.
Overseeing campaigns on social media.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Experience of 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in furniture manufacturing sector
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS:
Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
Excellent communication, both written and verbal skills and organizational abilities
Knowledge and experience of carrying out marketing activities;
Computer literate.
