Ten Senses Perennial Crops Production P.L.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: BID FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES: PREPARING ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENTS (ORGANIZATIONAL MANUALS AND STRATEGIC PLAN)
About You
Deliverables
Manual Development Timeline
• First draft of two manuals: within 2 weeks
• First draft of two manuals: within next 2 weeks
• First draft of Strategic Plan and Organizational Design: within 2 weeks
• The final presentation of all documents will be in reasonable time schedule
The winner of this bid will present the proposed manuals according to agreements that will be done or prepared TOR.
5. Required Expertise
• Legally registered consultancy firm with a valid license and VAT registration
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing organizational manuals, guides and strategic plan
• Strong technical expertise.
• Excellent document developing skills and professional fluency in English.
6. Duration & Reporting
• Period: March 6, 2026 – March 20, 2026
• Reports to: Ten Senses Perennial Crops production PLC, GM/assigned focal person to this task
7. Application Requirements
• Technical Proposal outlining understanding of the assignment, methodology, and work plan and timeline, Team composition and roles, CVs of key experts, Link to at least three similar assignments
• Financial Proposal with a detailed budget
• Consultant/firm profile and evidence of similar assignments
• CV(s) of proposed consultant(s) highlighting relevant experience

10. Support from Ten senses Perennial Crops Production PLC.
• Ten senses will provide: – Existing documents, tools, reports, and guidelines – Access to staff and programs – Organizational branding and technical documents – Feedback throughout the process
• And Ten senses will facilitate and cover all expenses related to validation and training sessions.
