Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1:- Finance Officer

Required qualification and experience

Education: BA/master’s degree in accounting and finance

Work Experience: 4/2 years in accounting and finance works within the non- profit sector, including 1-2 years directly in finance.

Key accountability and ownership

The Finance Officer is responsible for managing the financial operations of the regional office of the organization, ensuring accurate financial record keeping, budget management, and compliance with financial policies and regulations.

This role involves processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the finance and program teams to ensure effective financial management.

Job Grade and Section: G3-S1

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension based on good performance.

Location: Shashemene Regional Office, with frequent travel to project sites.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable

Position 2:- IT support Officer

Required qualification and experience

Education: BSc degree in Information technology and computer science.

Work Experience: 2 years in information technology and computer science works within the non-profit sector, including 1 year directly in the position.

Key accountability and ownership

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the organization’s information technology systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, software, and networks. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing IT infrastructure, and supporting the organization’s technological needs.

Contract Duration: maternity leave cover

Location: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to project sites.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable

Work Experience: 5/3 years in finance, grant and compliance management within the non-profit sector, including 1-2 years directly in the position.

Key accountability and ownership

The Grants and Compliance Coordinator will oversee the organization’s grant-related activities, ensuring adherence to donor requirements and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role encompasses grant proposal coordination, agreement management, compliance monitoring, and providing support to program teams to ensure successful grant outcomes. Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension based on performance.

Location: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to project sites.

Position 5:- Project Coordinator

Required qualification and experience

Education: BA/Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies and other related.

Work Experience: 4/2 years in project management within the non-profit sector, including 1-2 years in leadership.

Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension based on performance.

Location: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to project sites.

Employment Type: Full-time
