(TISc) was established by 105 Shareholders on 28th of March 2012. The shareholders are prominent individuals and business organizations. The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No.86/1994 and license No.017/12. To get public trust at the initial stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid up capital of Birr 11.5 million which was then by far higher than the minimum limit of Birr 3 million, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Life Claims Officer II
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree In Marketing/ Business Administration/Management/Accounting/ Engineering/Statistics Related
Experience: 2 Years in insurance
Place of Work: Head office
Position 2: Office Premises (Security, gardening & Cleaning) Supervisor
Job Requirement
Qualification: High School Complete
Experience: 2 Years in insurance
Remarks: Military Training Certificate
Place of Work:- Head office
Position 3: Claims Officer I
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree Marketing/ Statistics/Engineering Management/Accounting/Economics/Related
Experience: 1 years experience
Place of Work-: Head office
Position 4: Manger, Operational Audit Division
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree In Accounting/ Finance/Auditing /Related Field
Experience: 7 years’ experience in insurance out of which 3 years in senior positions
Place of Work-: Head office
