Position 1: Sales and Marketing Professionals

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.

Meet or exceed sales targets through direct outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Create content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Collaborate on branding, advertising, and event planning.

Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.

About You

Qualifications

Highly experienced candidates only in a sales and/or marketing leadership role.

Strong background in B2B or B2C sales, strategic marketing, and client relationship management.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation platforms).

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI.

Strong understanding of market trends, brand positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Position 2: Graphic Designers

About the Job

We are expanding our creative team and looking to hire four passionate and skilled Graphic Designers — two fresh graduates ready to kick-start their careers and two experienced designers with at least 3 years of proven industry experience.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your creative portfolio further, this is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities (for all roles)

Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, brochures, banners, logos, ads, presentations, etc.).

Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver on-brand visuals.

Translate project briefs into engaging visual concepts.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

Adapt and revise designs based on feedback.

About You

For Fresh Graduates (Entry-Level):

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Strong portfolio (academic or personal projects).

Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus).

Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Designers (Mid-Level – 3+ years)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different formats and platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Experience in branding, campaign design, and client presentations.

Ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.

Position 3: Video Editors

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal use.

Cut, trim, and assemble footage into polished final products using editing software.

Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects as needed.

Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver high-quality content.

Maintain organization of media files and project assets.

Ensure all videos align with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.

About You

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.

Strong portfolio of completed video projects.

Knowledge of motion graphics, audio editing, and color grading is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
