Position 1: LOGISTICS OFFICER
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration (Marketing), or related fields.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, material management, coordination, or related fields. Experience in import/export, logistics, or courier services is advantageous.
Position 2: MARKETING MANAGER
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, promotion, and related areas, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Position 3: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Computer Science, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, sales, or related areas.
Skills:
• Ability to monitor and interpret customer satisfaction KPIs
• Basic computer skills
