Position 1: Banking Business Officer I
Minimum qualification and work experience: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 2 years of Branch banking experience of which 1 year as junior officer.
Required competencies
Sales and Marketing
Customer Experience
IFB product Knowledge
Problem Identification and solution
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous
Place of work: Bedelle, Hossana & Negelle Borena
Position 2: Financing Appraisal Officer II
Minimum qualification and work experience: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 3 years of banking experience of which 1 year as Officer I in financing/credit area.
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 3: Senior District Banking Business Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 4 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as Senior/officer in branch banking areas.

Coordination & facilitation
Coaching and mentoring;
Problem solving;
Internal control;
Knowledge of core banking applications
Place of work: East District (Dire Dawa)
Position 4: Office Equipment Maintenance Technician I
Minimum qualification and work experience: Level IV/Diploma in Electronics or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Position 6: Marketing & Communication Officer II
Minimum qualification and work experience:
B.A Degree in Marketing Management, Management, or other Business related fields
3 years of experience of which 1 year as Officer I in marketing area.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 7: Graphic Designer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
BSC Degree in Computer Science and certification in graphic design, visual art, or related fields
3 years of relevant experience.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 8: Digital Marketing & Communication Officer II
Minimum qualification and work experience:
B.A Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields
3 years of banking experience of which 1 year as Officer I in marketing & Communication area
Place of work: Head Office
