Position: Young Graduate Trainee Program (YGTP)

Purpose of the Program Currently, we are seeking new graduates to join our Bank in a three months Young Graduate Training Program (YGTP) designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The program combines a series of class room and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, with the purpose of preparing you for next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations. Responsibilities
- Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operation and business strategies
- Maintain positive work habits that are conducive to the bank growth and profitability
- Execute other tasks as assigned
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Requirements
Educational Requirement
B.A. Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or Business related fields.
Only Graduates of 2022 and 2023 with CGPA 2.5 and above are invited to apply
Work Experience: Zero (0) years of experience (fresh graduate)
