Position 1: Accountant

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as an accountant
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and basic truths
  • Experience in preparing financial statements
  • General experience in monthly/yearly account closing procedures for Gerna
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software (eg Peachtree)

Position 2: Foreign Procurement and Logistics Specialist

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Management, Business Administration, Business Management or similar fields
  • Proven work experience in foreign purchasing and logistics department responsibility or similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics software
  • Superior management and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and create strong relationships
  • Ability to work in difficult and stressful situations
  • Ability to resolve problems and gaps in a calm, methodical and effective manner

Position 3: Junior Site Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Resources needed for project implementation, such as building materials and human resources plan, prepares a plan with detailed activities before the project start time: implements when approved.
  • Prepares the detailed process of the project in a schedule so that the project can be completed within the scheduled time while keeping the quality.
  • In order to control the project from start to finish, I will spend most of my working time on the project. If he is off-site by order of the organization’s management or beyond his capacity, he will hand over the work to the representative of the organization.
  • Monitors the performance of the project in terms of quality, time, material, and human resources, as well as the progress made according to the contract.
  • Counts and takes over the resources provided by the organization for project construction.
  • Even if there is an issue that deviates from the project contract or is not included in the contract during the execution process, the expert may report the issue to the higher authority without waiting for a regular reporting period, explaining the potential gap.
  • Ensures that the project invoice certificate is supported by factual evidence.

  • When a question is asked about the project from outside or inside, it can be presented as proof of the organization’s procedure as necessary, and an explanation can be given.
  • Performs other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.

  • Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)

Position 6: Human Resource Development Specialist

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a human resource development professional
  • Some knowledge of accounting
  • Ability to collect, compile, calculate and analyze data

  • Computer literate, especially in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good math skills
