Position 1: Junior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer
Place of Work: Head Office

Purpose of the Job: To provide assistance in implementing the activities related to talent acquisition and on-boarding, recruitment, selection and orientation processes
Generic Functions:
- Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;
- Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required;
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
- Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;

Specific Functions:

- Prepare vacancy announcement;
- Facilitate pre-employment activities;
- Prepare Bio-data of internal/external vacancy applicants for further recruitment process;
- Handle other tasks as requested by his/her supervisor
Qualification: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, and any other related fields.
Work Experience: 1 years of relevant experience preferable in banking industry.
Position 2: Security Guard-I (Female) (Re-advertised)
Place of Work: Meragna, Bishoftu, Chiro, Batu, Modjo
Employment Type:
Purpose of the Job: To support the Bank’s operation through maintaining safety and security of the organization and its personnel, and ensuring secured customer services with welcoming environment.
Generic Functions:
- Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
Specific Functions:
- Avert inventory losses by reporting missing items, inconsistencies and damaged property;

Position 3: Manager, Customer Relationship

Purpose of the Job: To establish intermediary between the bank and the customer through recruiting, building and maintaining profitable relationships with key corporate and business borrowers; satisfying them through timely delivery of loans with the required quality and at the least cost possible.
Generic Functions:
- Take up the roles of the Division Manager in his/her absence;
- Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division;

Position 4: Data Clerk (Contractual basis)

Purpose of the Job: To assist in providing swift response to shareholder requests and enquiries by maintaining share transaction records and shareholders ‘accounts, allocating dividends, processing the transfer of shares and delivering share certificates.
Generic Functions:

Position 5: Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer

Purpose of the Job: To identify, recruit, select, socialize and retain highly competent and qualified individuals in line with the bank’s human capital strategy, policies and procedures.
Generic Functions:
- Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, performance report of the division;
- Provide services as per the service level agreement;
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
- Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
- Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;
Specific Functions:

Position 6: Digital Banking Operations Officer

Purpose of the Job: This is to assure the expected activities under Digital Payment Reconciliation are going as per the procedure and to perform tasks that improve the quality of reconciliation and account settlement.
Generic Functions:
- Check posts, reconcile and balance of all accounts receivable, payable accounts, and accounts that have a suspense nature on a daily basis;
- Maintains a continuous follow up for settlement of the account;
- Maintains tickets, reports, and tracer or evidential documents under her/his custody for further reference;
- Process merchant file, check the status of anomaly transactions and reprocess, forward merchant file report to the concerned;
- Prepares suspense aging report and forwards it to the Manager on monthly basis;
Specific Functions:
- International Payment Scheme, and merchants;
- Timely follow up and settle claims from a merchant related to dispute transaction amount and fees (if any);
- Prepares and organizes adjustment document for posting of the disputed transaction;
- Receive and check suspicious commission payment transactions;
- Check and approve transaction entries and standing instructions on the Mobile Money system;
- Ensure that documents in the record room are safely maintained;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience in banking industry of which one/1 year on officer position.
Position 7: Junior Project Business Analyst
Place of Work: Head Office

Purpose of the Job: Carefully assesses and analyzes any and all business implications that may be involved. They are in charge of sourcing, documenting, and preparing reports to improve services in the organization.
Generic Functions:
- Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption
- Analyze and propose configurations and other changes within the system per business requirements
- Coordination with architects to understand and effectively communicate solution direction for the project with team members, ensuring inclusion of all required resources

Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Generic Functions:
- Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross sell the bank’s positive image to the community;
