Position: IT Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven one-year experience in IT support within the hospitality industry or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and hotel management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support all hotel IT systems, including property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS), Micro, MC, Opera and communication networks.
- Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect hotel data and systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
- Provide training and support to hotel staff on IT systems and tools.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Salary: Negotiable
